In New South Wales, there are calls for urgent reform of the justice system after the alleged murder of a young woman in the town of Forbes in the state’s central west this week.

The NSW premier has conceded 28 year old mother Molly Ticehurst was failed by the justice system.

Domestic violence workers say stricter conditions need to be placed on men on bail and more funding is needed for rehabilitation programs.
